ABOUT US

A group of five men walking outdoors in a suburban neighborhood during daytime. They are casually dressed, with some wearing bright T-shirts with slogans, and smiling or laughing. Houses with colorful exteriors and trees are visible in the background.
A man wearing a neon safety vest and a green head covering takes a selfie in front of a large, fallen tree trunk that has been cut. The background features residential houses, trees, and a cloudy sky.
A large tree has fallen in front of a house, uprooting and leaning onto a wooden fence. The house has a two-story structure with light blue siding, a dark roof, and multiple windows. A person stands outside near the house, and the yard is green with a concrete sidewalk.

Purple Heart Ministries Inc. stands apart through a disaster recovery model that combines professional construction services, volunteer involvement, and reinvestment in the communities we serve. Through our construction partner, Trinity General Contracting Pros, we provide the contracting, project oversight, and on-site supervision needed to restore disaster-damaged homes without budgeting for separate construction management and supervisory salaries in our grants. This approach directs more funding toward what matters most: repairing survivors’ homes and helping families rebuild their lives.

Trinity General Contracting Pros supervises and works alongside volunteers, providing professional guidance throughout the recovery process. When volunteers are unavailable, its crews perform the work directly, allowing repairs to continue without depending solely on volunteer availability.

Trinity General Contracting Pros also donates its profits to Purple Heart Ministries, helping extend our reach and support additional families. This partnership allows each contribution to support both immediate recovery needs and continued service to the community, advancing our mission of returning disaster survivors to safe, secure, sanitary, and functional homes.

What People Are Saying

To Whom It May Concern,

I want to start by stating just what an honor and a privilege it has been to get to know and work

with the entire company and all the employees add Purple Heart Ministries and Trinity General

Contractors. Their dedication, work ethic, and character have been second to none and the actual work

they have done on the ground on projects and rebuilds has not only been up to par they have gone

above and beyond in their work to make customers happy while also making them safe and secure.

As for a few of my personal experiences, I have seen them complete massive projects in excess

of nearly $100,000 in just over a week which got them notoriety not just from myself but also from my

team and superiors in a weekly newsletter. I have watched them schedule 2 jobs at the same time,

running into multiple issues including hazardous materials having to acquire Tyvek suits and split their

team to avoid cross contamination and still complete both projects. The owners have met me onsite, as

well as in person multiple times, to discuss client’s needs, work through paperwork, email requests,

change orders, and any and all efforts to get to completion of projects. I have personally seen a

supervisor work an entire shift and leave the area only to return and deal directly with a client at their

home to make them happy when a problem arose that had occurred on the shift earlier

Most importantly, even though it is natural and justifiable to complain, they have never strayed

or said a bad word about the lateness of many payments as is so common with all the red tape coming

from organizations and vendors. They have stayed the course where so many other companies have

been offended, overwhelmed, and/or incapable of such. They are true to their local roots and also

experienced enough, large enough, as well as carry all proper licenses and follow all regulations to be

able to be utilized by all vendors regionally throughout many different states spanning from Florida to

Indiana and still growing. Finally, they are all God- Fearing Christians who’s sole desire is not only to

assist and make a profit but to care innately about their people and the people they are assisting. I trust

their work and their employees to the extent that after many years of debate and searching myself, I

informed them that I wanted them to build the home of my own mother and father when the time

came. There is no one in the construction and contracting business that I would recommend above this

group.

Sincerely,

William Hurst
